Short Bio: 

Dr. Gretzer is the Director of the UPH Hospital Urologic Surgery Program and Assistant Professor of Surgery/Urology in the Division of Urology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed both a urology residency and advanced training in urologic reconstruction and surgical robotics at The Johns Hopkins Brady Urologic Institute. He specializes in the surgical treatment of prostate cancers; in particular, open and robotic nerve-sparing prostatectomy. He has particular expertise in the management of urethral stricture disease and is one of a few Arizona urologists that routinely perform complex urethroplasty. In addition he also has expertise in the surgical management of male incontinence and complex urinary diversion/reconstruction following prostate and bladder cancer surgery. He is involved in prostate cancer research and clinical trials investigating new surgical therapies for post-prostatectomy incontinence.
