Short Bio:
As a pediatric oncologist, Dr. Kopp provides care for children with cancer and other blood diseases at Diamond Children’s at University Medical Center and the Hematology/Oncology/BMT Clinic, an outpatient clinic housed within UMC.
Dr. Kopp completed medical school at Michigan State University-College of Osteopathic Medicine and her residency in pediatrics at Wayne State University-Children’s Hospital of Michigan. She completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Dr. Kopp’s area of specialty is solid tumors. In addition to clinical care, Dr. Kopp will conduct research through the UA Steele Children’s Research Center. Her research interests are in cancer epidemiology, cancer genetics, and non-neural solid tumors.
