Certified Genetic Counselor
Gail Martino completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (specialization in Genetics and Developmental Biology) at the Pennsylvania State University in 2001.
In 2003, she obtained her Master's degree in Genetic Counseling from Northwestern University and in 2005 she obtained certification from the American Board of Genetic Counseling.
Prior to coming to Arizona in January 2010, she worked in Pennsylvania for six years as the senior genetic counselor for a busy Maternal-Fetal Medicine department.
She is currently a certified genetic counselor at The University of Arizona Cancer Center, a member of the multidisciplinary High-Risk Cancer Genetics Clinic, and member of the Adult Genetics Clinic.
