Short Bio: 

Dr. Rouse received his BS from the Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester in 1994.  He received his PhD from the Optical Sciences Center at the University of Arizona in 2004 and is currently a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Arizona.  Dr. Rouse is primarily interested in biomedical applications of optics.  His current research involves the development and testing of a multi-spectral confocal microendoscope designed to examine cellular pathology during optical biopsy.
