Craniosacral Massage
Based on the work of 20th-century Osteopathic physician William Sutherland, this subtle therapy employs light, sustained touch that facilitates free and rhythmic movement of the craniosacral system which includes bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissue of the cranium and spinal areas. The goal is to achieve a state of balance, allowing for better immune response and overall health.

Manual Lymph Drainage & Complete Decongestive Therapy
Lymph drainage is a precise, gentle therapy that helps reduce the swelling and pain that may arise when the lymphatic circulation has been disrupted. Lymphedema management is completed by appropriate compression bandaging or garments when needed, skin care, therapeutic exercise, and education in self-care to manage lymphedema.
