Leiomyosarcomasearch for term

Leukemiasearch for term
Cancer that starts in blood-forming tissue such as the bone marrow and causes large numbers of blood cells to be produced and enter the bloodstream.

Leukopeniassearch for term
A condition in which there is a lower-than-normal number of leukocytes (white blood cells) in the blood. (LOO-koh-PEE-nee-uh)

Lumpectomy search for term
Surgical removal of a small cancerous or non-cancerous tumor; generally used to refer to removal of a breast lump.
Lymphomasearch for term

Cancer that begins in cells of the immune system. There are two basic categories of lymphomas - Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
